Tim Allen Homes is an Atlanta-based real estate firm specializing in developing, designing, and constructing speculative homes, custom single-family homes - as well as providing construction project management services. But the Tim Allen team didn't come together to be just another homebuilder. Our goal is to bring back the charm, the feel, and the distinction of older neighborhoods - to create homes of classic design with modern convenience - giving families the best of both of worlds in a home of lasting value.

The Tim Allen team has painstakingly researched the older homes that have inspired them - and even use the original materials whenever possible.
